If you are looking to buy a home or sell a home. I would not recommend anyone other than Tony! He was flexible with his time and my schedule, He was patient with all the houses that I saw. He would even help me plan out where my home office and desk could be, always made sure the area was good for the kids and safe and made sure I was 100% happy with my decision. I just like to say thank-you so much for helping sell our home. We were working with another realtor prior to Tony selling our home. How I wish we originally went with Tony. We were 21 days with the other company. I think we only had a handful of viewings and things were not moving. I know Tony about 6 years ago, when I was looking to purchase a townhouse in Niagara Falls. The year of 2016, I bought another townhouse from Tony, Tony was always very informative on pre-construction houses. He was very patient and helpful to most of the matters I requested. Recently Tony represented me to sell my Townhouse and it was sold within 10 days since the market was quite hot at this time of the year. He works very efficient with my tenants and got the sale ran smoothly. One day, I requested Tony if he can show me some condo units in Niagara Falls, he had it arranged immediately and finally I got one unit purchased. Even we got minor issues with the unit, Tony was very helpful and got it finally settled. I appreciate very much that Tony was patient enough and helping a lot on those issues.
